We collect information about you when you use the contact form, email or telephone us to make an enquiry about our services. We also collect information when you voluntarily agree to contract for our counselling services.

We collect information about you to process your enquiry, and manage your records if you decide to use our services. We do not share identifiable personal information with any other organisation.
Due to the nature of the work we do together, supervision is used to comply with the BACP Ethical Framework professional standards. All client work taken to supervision is anonymised to protect identity and preserve confidentiality.
Marketing.
We will not contact you to market any other products or services. Critical Echo will not share your information for marketing purposes with any other organisation.
